Ingredients:

  • For 1 person
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 1 quart of mozzarella ball
  • 2 basil leaves
  • For the vinaigrette: 1 tbsp. vinegar + 3 tbsp. olive oil + 1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

Wash and slice the tomatoes.

Cut the mozzarella into thin slices.

Both slices of tomato, slice a slice of mozzarella.

Arrange everything on a plate. Sprinkle with vinaigrette and decorate with basil.
