Couscous provides good fiber and complex carbohydrates during pregnancy. Enjoy with this dish that will bring you good protein and vitamin C with berries. Cranberries are good for urinary tract infections.

Ingredients:

For 4 people

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 220 g of fine couscous semolina
  • 100 g of currants
  • 50 g dried cranberries
  • 6 new onions
  • 1 C. fresh coriander
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation:

Put the semolina in a salad bowl, cover with boiling water and let it swell for 3 minutes before shelling with a fork.
Put some currants aside for the decoration and add the rest to the semolina. Add the dried cranberries, the washed and minced onions, the chopped coriander and the remaining oil. Season.
In a pan, put the chicken fillets on high heat for 5 minutes on each side. Add salt and pepper.
Serve the fillets accompanied by the couscous and decorated with the gooseberries that you have reserved.
