Here are some pretty exotic meatballs to make your taste buds travel.
For 4 people :
- 500 g chopped chicken breast
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 C. flour
- 1 C. nuoc-mâm soup
- 160 ml of coconut milk
- 60 ml of oyster sauce
- fresh coriander.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (th.6-7).
Peel the garlic cloves and chop them. Wash the coriander and chop it.
In a salad bowl, mix the minced meat, flour, oyster sauce, nuoc-mâm, minced garlic, coconut milk and chopped coriander.
Oil a muffin tin. Arrange a large tablespoon of dough in each mold cavity.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Offer these dumplings with soy sauce aside and Thai rice sprinkled with fresh coriander, chopped just before serving.
For an aperitif or a buffet, you can make smaller dumplings and prick them on wooden spikes, with several sauces next to them.
