Ingredients:
- 200 g of butter
- 200 g of chocolate
- 100 g of sugar
- 100g of flour
- 4 eggs
- 200 g of brown cream
- For icing:
- 100 g of chocolate
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g icing sugar
- 10 cl of liquid cream
- For the decor:
- 50 g icing sugar
- 1 C. lemon juice
- Silver marbles and sugar stars
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie in a saucepan.
In a salad bowl, beat the sugar with the eggs. Add the brown cream and mix well. Stir in the flour and mix again.
Pour the melted chocolate and whip to obtain a smooth paste.
Butter and flour a dish, preferably square. Pour in the mixture and cook for 20 minutes.
Prepare the icing by melting the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie.
Off the heat, pour the cream and mix. Add the icing sugar.
Place a grill on a large dish. Turn the cake over, then pour the still hot icing on it.
Place the cake in the refrigerator cool for 1 hour for the frosting to freeze well.
Now prepare the icing of the decoration by mixing the icing sugar and the lemon juice.
Using a fork, sweep over the cake to make strokes.
Sprinkle with sugar stars and silver balls. Cut out your cake in squares. Your bites are ready.
