- 1 small half-melon very fragrant
- 3 c. coconut powder red and green food coloring
Remove the fibers and pips from the half melon, then detail the flesh into balls with a spoon Parisienne.
Pour a c. tablespoon of coconut powder in three bowls.
Add one drop of red dye in one of the bowls, one green in another, no dye in the third. Mix well .
Divide the melon balls in the three bowls and roll them to cover them with coconut.
Mix the balls and serve.
