For 4 people :

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp. oil soup
  • ½ c. coffee powdered paprika
  • fresh coriander branches
  • salt and pepper


With a paper towel, lightly brush the bottom of your stove with oil. Brown the pieces of chicken. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.

Prepare the vegetable salsa. Chop the coriander. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Wash the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut it into slices. Peel and then slice the red onion. Mix tomatoes, cucumber, chopped coriander and onion, salt and pepper.

Serve grilled chicken breasts with vegetable salsa and lime wedges.
