Under a crispy heart hides two greedy fruits: apple and pineapple. A recipe of donuts that will melt your young greedy.


  • 1 small box of pineapple slices in syrup
  • 1 apple
  • 50 cl of cooking oil
  • 1 roll of absorbent paper
  • icing sugar
  • For the dough:
  • 150 g of flour
  • 2 whole eggs and 1 white
  • 1 C. oil soup
  • 1 pinch of salt


Prepare the dough by pouring the flour into a bowl where you dig a well.

Put all the ingredients in it and mix them with a wooden spoon. When the dough is homogeneous, place it 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Peel the apple and cut it into quarters. Dry the pineapple slices on paper towels.

Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan.

Dip the apple quarters and pineapple slices in the dough and fry for 2 minutes on each side.

Drain the donuts on paper towels and serve them sprinkled with icing sugar.
