Ingredients:

  • For 4 people :
  • 4 bar fillets
  • 1 half lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 25 g of flour
  • Parmesan pieces
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation:

Beat the eggs and parmesan cheese. Salt, pepper. Dip the bar fillets in the eggs and then in the flour. Cook for 1 minute and a half on each side in 2 tablespoons of oil. When serving, add Parmesan shavings and lemon juice. Present with rice.
